The Board of Directors, executives, and employees at all levels are committed to upholding the organization’s values with determination, conducting business with transparency and fairness toward stakeholders, partners, and all related parties. The Company has therefore joined the Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) to demonstrate its commitment to addressing corruption issues within the Thai business sector. The Company has declared its intention to participate in the CAC and will adhere to its operational guidelines starting from September 2025, as follows:

• Comply with the CAC’s criteria and submit for certification from the CAC Committee within 18 months from the date of the declaration of intent.
• Support the expansion of a clean business network by inviting partners, companies within the same industry, and stakeholders from other business groups to join the CAC.
• Promote improvements in efficiency to enhance transparency in public service delivery and in transactions between the public and private sectors.

The Company aims to achieve certification by 2026.
